Ancien officier du Service de Santé des Armées, il s'intéresse aux enjeux de sécurité et aux questions de souveraineté dans l'espace cyber. Il s'appuie sur les mécanismes de l'intelligence sociétale et stratégique pour privilégier une approche pragmatique et favoriser l’intelligence collective. Il est aujourd’hui en poste au sein d'un groupe privé chargé des questions de conformité et de sécurité de l'information.
