Directrice de création, elle élabore les formules éditoriales de consumer magazines pour de grandes marques (McDonald’s, Caisse d’Epargne, Universal, Sony, Bouygues Télécom...) et dirige leur rédaction.​ Parallèlement, elle collabore avec la presse payante (Les Inrockuptibles, Éditions Cyberpress), travaille pour le cinéma (UGC, Films sans frontières), pour la télévision (Ex-Nihilo, Marathon Productions) et poursuit un cursus de psychologie clinique à Paris VII. En 2008, Rachael Godt met son expérience de la communication au service de l’industrie française au sein du Comité Richelieu, puis de l’association Pacte PME. En 2011, elle fonde l’agence Godt It. Le Groupe EDF et le Resah, réseau des acheteurs hospitaliers, sollicitent régulièrement son expertise du marketing de l’innovation et de la promotion des organisations d’ingénierie. Contributrice au fashion & art magazine À Part, Rachael Godt choisit en 2019 de diversifier l’activité de l’agence en l'associant au design thinking et au lancement d'initiatives innovantes à vocation humaniste : - WEAR BEAUTIFUL, start-up dédiée au développement de thérapies numériques ; - RROSE DÉCLIC, une gamme de solutions RH novatrices pour révéler et développer les talents grâce à l’utilisation de l’algorithme de dessin paramétrique RROSE inventé par l’artiste plasticien Laurent Saksik. Cette diversification se prolonge dans un partenariat événementiel avec le collectif d’artistes LABS, initié par Alain Blondel et Laurent Saksik. Leurs interventions en entreprise interrogent la raison d’être des organisations et accompagnent la conduite du changement.
