Allons de l’avant et exerçons avec professionnalisme et confiance nos responsabilités et notre leadership, éclairés par une vision stratégique. Le Général (2S) Franck Nicol a défini la réorganisation du commandement interarmées au profit du chef d’état-major des armées (2022), contribué à la transformation capacitaire de l’Armée de Terre, conçu l’entraînement du futur (horizon 2030) de celle-ci tout en la préparant aux combats dits de haute intensité, conçu et réalisé une ville d’entraînement au combat urbain unique en Europe, conçu et mis sur pied un organisme chargé de définir l’action de l’Armée de Terre sur le territoire national en soutien de l’action de l’État (sécurité publique, sécurité civile), exercé des commandements opérationnels - notamment au sein d’unités de la Légion Étrangère - de 200 à 9.000 personnes, participé à la conduite d’opérations et à la gestion de nombreuses crises de niveau stratégique (désengagement de l’armée française d’Afghanistan, engagement au Mali, etc.).
