](https://cercle-k2.fr/en/etudes/la-police-de-proximite-histoire-d-un-renoncement-francais) [ ![Vincent Hergott](/img/no-image.png) ](https://cercle-k2.fr/en/users/single/1736/Vincent-Hergott) [Vincent Hergott](https://cercle-k2.fr/en/users/single/1736/Vincent-Hergott) 05/11/2025 Footer ------ ![Cercle K2](/img/logo-k2.png) Cercle K2 is a platform for professionals coming from any background to network and discuss various topics.
