Il a notamment participé à plusieurs opérations extérieures (Afghanistan, Kosovo, Liban) au sein d'organismes internationaux (ONU, OTAN) à des postes de commandement et de niveau politico-stratégique. En tant que sous-préfet, directeur de cabinet de préfet, il a géré, principalement durant la période de l'état d'urgence, les politiques publiques liées aux aspects sécuritaires (perquisition administrative, prévention de la radicalisation, gestion de crises, etc.). De 2017 à 2020, il a été responsable de compte sur le segment de la Défense, il s'occupe du développement des offres liées aux technologies émergentes (Big Data, IA, cyber, blockchain, etc.).
