He worked in the late eighties and in the early nighties as a litigator for Wall Street and Park Avenue firms in New York before moving to France (1991) where he became subsequently partner of the international law firm Salans (now Dentons) before founding Luchtenberg Avocats in 2007. He offers to his clients a global vision of the stakes of each matter. He holds the view that as a result of overspecialization, many professionals today only have a partial view of matters they handle and advice is often given in a certain vacuum. He has developed a very significant experience in accompanying companies ranging from small enterprises to multinationals in the realization of their projects in France and many other parts of the world. He is a skilled negotiator and drafter of contracts and has acted as counsel in a significant number of multi-national M&A operations. He also has an in-depth experience in the telecommunications and IT outsourcing fields, having worked in particular with a great number of operators starting at the time of the liberalization of the telecommunications in Europe. In addition, he handles litigation, arbitration, and mediation matters.
