- Senior Advisor and Adjunct Faculty at Africa Business School in Casablanca
He has been involved for advisory and training for many companies in multiple sectors such as Fast Moving Consumer Goods, Retail and Distribution BtoB and BtoC, Third Party Logistics, Pharmaceutical and Health Care Products, Publishing, Aircraft, Building Materials, Chemical, Oil & Gas, Automotive, Recycling, National agencies, Investment banks.
In the field of pedagogy, he is or has been involved at HEC Paris, ESSEC, Ecole des Ponts ParisTech especially as Professor, Dean of MBA, Dean of Executive Education. He has been teaching in custom programs and EMBA such as Trium (HEC-LSE-NYU) since 2015.

He has published the following books: Global Operations and Logistics, Text and Cases (John Wiley & Sons, New-York, 1998), translated in Chinese and in Portuguese, La logistique globale et le Supply Chain Management (Edition d’Organisation, Paris, 2007, 2nd ed.), The Essentials of Management and Logistics (Presses Romandes, Lausanne, 2012, 3rd ed.); co-author “Le management de l’immobilier” chapter on “Les actifs logistiques” (Vuibert, 2014); “Dimensions techniques et financières des actifs immobiliers logistiques” (Dunod, 2016) awarded Grand Prix ACA HEC & X Alumni Associations in December 2016, Logistique et Supply Chain (Dunod, 2016, 7th ed.). “Des PME aux ETI: réussir sa croissance” (de Boeck, 2018), “Pratique du Supply Chain Management” (Dunod, 2019, 2nd ed.) which has been awarded by HEC ACA Prize in 2012 and his last book is “Next Generation Supply Chains. The guide for business leaders” (The Choir Press, 2020).
Dr. Fender holds a Doctorate from the Ecole des Ponts ParisTech in Economics, Management and the Social Sciences. He has a MBA degree from HEC Paris. He is an Engineer graduated from Agro ParisTech.
