Marie-Camille Pitton is an attorney registered in New York (USA) and in France, with over 15 years of experience in the field of international arbitration (commercial and investment arbitration).

She has gained in-depth experience of ICC arbitration framework as Counsel until 2017, before mobilizing funds under the European Union Interreg framework to create and develop the OHADAC Regional Arbitration Centre (CARO Centre). The CARO Centre is based in the Caribbean region and offers alternative dispute resolution services for thirty-three Caribbean States and territories.

Marie-Camille has developed a unique understanding of the workings of institutional arbitration in a wide variety of sectors and contexts, with extensive experience of complex, high-value disputes connected to Europe; Africa; North America and Central America (Caribbean).
